The Kota Damansara Forest provides a venue for the community to meet and have fun in and around a pristine 100-year old forest. The tranquil lakeside is a favourite haunt for anglers and the local residents. Many of the frequent visitors come from nearby flats where they have the opportunity to play and explore in an open space. In the evening you can see many people taking a soothing walk and it is not uncommon to see men still in their neck ties standing by the lake and unwinding after a hard day's work. There is this magical effect of unspoilt nature that calms our soul which we never experience in the usual man-made public parks.
